Everest places employees first. For both personal and career development Everest offers a wide range of possibilities such as personal coaching, training and courses.
 
During your first two weeks we provide you with internal education and training. You are brought up to speed with Everest tooling and working methods. Aspects such as 'How does it work at Everest?' and 'How do we work at Everest' are put into perspective. These trainings will provide you with the basics to get started. Straight after the introductory period you will be placed in a project and you can get started.
 
From the moment you start working for Everest you will provide the input for your career. Your career comes first and you determine in which direction you wish to develop yourself. Of course Everest will support you in doing so. Paths have been shaped that give guidance in how you could progress to a business consultant or project manager for instance. Besides learning on the job Everest offers various training possibilities for both soft and hard skills. Trainings can be done individually, but could also take place in groups. If Everest would have the need to obtain knowledge in a certain technological specialism for instance, you can be educated for this.
 
If you just finished your studies and Everest is your first employer, you will be coached by an experienced colleague working on the same project. In personal sessions you can ask questions and extend on work related issues, personal experiences and/or process related subjects.
