Everest utilises the SCRUM methodology during her projects. SCRUM is a modern and effective methodology for application development. At the basis lies the principle that every three weeks a working version is delivered and evaluated (a so called Sprint). In this way the period in between the desired user specifications and the realisation is short. This contributes to short through-put periods, satisfied end users and the success of the application.
