In the past 10 years Everest has obtained a lot of experience in the mortgaging sector. More than 25% of the volume in the Dutch mortgaging market passes through Everest software, more than 5000 insurance intermediaries work with portals that are build with Everest software, all national mortgaging guarantees are managed with Everest software.
Everest's knowledge and expertise has been translated in an off the shelf mortgaging product; Everest Mortgage Solution (EMS).

With EMS, Everest’s cumulated experience is brought to an advantage. EMS is a standard mortgage software product for mortgage lenders. It supports the entire mortgaging process from application to notary.
EMS offers extensive functionality straight ‘out of the box’ and is kept up to date by Everest in the field of law and legislation, technical standards, and market norms.
These updates are implemented for all users, including the change of interfaces with involved umbrella organisations. In this way, all our EMS customers share the costs of the parts of the software in which they do not distinguish themselves in the markets. However, they are given the chance to configure their customer module to characterise themselves on the commercial front in a very flexible manner. EMS offers two ways in which they can do this:
- By tuning EMS parameters that determine the standard EMS functionality.
- By tailored configuration of the customer module.
The tuning of the parameters is done by the customers themselves, the configuration is done by Everest. The specific configuration is implemented in a unique module (per brand) of the customer. When a new versions of EMS is released, the customer specific modules will be ‘mounted’ on this new version.
EMS is created with Aquima. By using the Aquima suite changes and requirements can quickly be implemented thus shortening the time it takes to release a new product or functionality.
